In his teenage years Mr. Weber began learning about real estate, construction and development from his father who moved the family to Naples after purchasing a large tract of land on the Naples beachfront and commercial property on 5th Ave. South. He started from the ground up, sweeping floors and later lugging cement blocks as a mason's tender.
