The main draw to Park Shore in Naples, Florida is it's location by the beach, easy access to Old Naples and warfront homes with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Park Shore also has it's own beach access points along Gulf Shore Boulevard North. The (non-voluntary) Park Shore Association owns and operates the Park Shore Beach Park. This private park allows members of the association to use the park as an access point to the beach. The Park Shore Beach Park is Located between the LaMer and Provence high-rise condos on Gulf Shore Blvd. North. Passes for the Park Shore Beach Park are part of the $100 annual dues as a member of the Park Shore Association. You must own property in Park Shore to be a member. Non-members cannot use the Beach Park. There are also two public beach access points on Gulf Shore Boulevard North.
