Douglas Olmsted is a phenomenal agent. He has represented us several times as both a buyers and sellers agent. On one occasion he was instrumental in getting our property sold when he assisted the buyers’ in increasing their appraisal for their loan. He noticed the errors in the appraisal whereas the buyers’ agent was content with letting the sale fail. On another occasion he was tireless in finding our dream bay front property. He realized we ultimately wouldn’t be thrilled with the property we had originally targeted. We will continue to use him and White Sands for all future real estate transactions.read more

We recently bought a condo on the ocean in Naples, and worked with Derek Anderson. Derek did an exceptional job and we would highly recommend him! We did know Derek before hand, and he came highly recommended. We live in the Midwest, and wanted a condo on the beach in Naples. Derek made the process of finding the right property extremely easy. He did an excellent job researching different properties, and educated us to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the different areas and properties in and around Naples. We flew into Naples on a number of weekends, and Derek would pick us up. We would then tour many properties in one or two days in a very efficient manner. After reviewing everything on the market that met our needs, we settled on a property. Derek helped us negotiate a fair price based upon market conditions, which ultimately the buyers accepted. He also took care of numerous other details, including finding appropriate inspectors and contractors as needed. Many real estate agents "dabble" in real estate and don't treat it like a profession, or they are constantly just trying to get you to buy something to get their commission. We never felt like Derek was trying to pressure us in any way, and he only wanted us to find the right property. He often would recommend against certain properties due to negative things he was aware of about the property or the area, that we weren't aware of. Derek truly handles his business as a professional, and takes exceptional care of his customers. We could not have been more pleased with Derek, and we would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Naples, Florida.read more
