Steve has been very patient with us since we were very specific about the needs that we had for our new home in Florida. Douglas Olmsted is a phenomenal agent. He has represented us several times as both a buyers and sellers agent. On one occasion he was instrumental in getting our property sold when he assisted the buyers’ in increasing their appraisal for their loan. He noticed the errors in the appraisal whereas the buyers’ agent was content with letting the sale fail. On another occasion he was tireless in finding our dream bay front property.
