As a Canadian, I have a few questions about purchasing a vacation property/second home in Florida.
a) What area of Florida will provide the best ROA in the future?
b) What costs above and beyond the listing prices should I be aware of as a non-resident.
c) What are the common myths or misconceptions of Canadian shoppers
d) What else do I need to know about purchasing a second home in Florida?
Thanks for your time.
